This is my personal journal about my progress on the Rubiks cube. This page is just mostly for myself to see where I have gotten.
- 2007: Got my first Rubiks cube. Type-D I. Learned beginners method. About 60 seconds average.
- 2008-2009: Not playing on cube
- 2010 Early Feb: Started again. Got a Type-D II. Learned Petrus method. Learned Intuitive F2L (from Petrus method). Switched back to Fridrich method at end of February.
- 2/23/2010: Started learning One-Look PLL
- 2/28/2010: Finished learning One-Look PLL. Just got a sub-40 average and a best of 33.59
- 3/1/2010: Learning F2l through algorithms.
- 3/15/2010: Started learning One-look OLL. Gets averages of 35 and a PB of 26.14
- 5/3/2010:Finished memorizing one-look OLL (memorized all but somewhat slow). Still around an average of 30 seconds.
I plan to learn F2L again but with algorithms. Then, learn OLL, then COLL.
Cubes:
So far, I have seen a few variety of cubes. Not too many but not too few. I personally own the cubes below (in the order I got them):

- Type-F II
- Cube4You
- Type C
